8/22 (Thu) inZOI Hotfix Patch

Hello to all players enjoying inZOI. 

We would like to inform you that a hotfix patch for inZOI: Character Studio was applied on 8/22 (Thu).


■ Hotfix Patch Details

- Patch Date: August 22nd (Thu) at 13:02 (UTC)


- Fixes:

(1) Fixed an issue where it was possible to cancel signing in under certain circumstances.

(2) Fixed an issue where the warning message did not appear even when the AMD driver version was below the recommended specifications.

  (※ Recommended driver version: 24.3.1 or higher)

FAQ

Q. I can't download the game.

A. If the installation fails, it may be due to storage space or system requirements.

For a better experience with inZOI: Character Studio, please check the [inZOI: Character Studio System Requirements].


Q: I'm getting a DirectX 12 error when launching inZOI, or it crashes when saving a Zoi Preset or uploading the preset to the canvas.

A: In this case, please try the following solutions.

(1) Update your graphics card to the latest version.

- NVIDIA : https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/

- AMD : https://www.amd.com/en/support/download/drivers.html

(2) Update Windows to the latest version.

If the issue persists after updating to the latest version, please run the DirectX diagnostic tool (DxDiag), 

save the information as a text file, and submit it through the Support page for further assistance.


Q: I haven’t received my KRAFTON ID verification email.

A: If the verification email hasn’t arrived, please check your spam folder and ensure that your mailbox has sufficient storage.

Also, be sure to enter the correct email address, as the verification email will not be sent if the address is invalid.
